Second Rest Day

Would have swam today but the pool is closed so I will take a second rest day. Will swim on Thursday and Friday and bike on Saturday and Sunday -- but only one hour each day. Then I will rest the bike until Thursday, when I will do an hour. Will hope to swim next Monday, Tuesday and rest Wednesday. Next Friday will drive the 12 hours to Iowa and on Sunday the RAGBRAI begins!
