A nfl lineman lives here, a gold medal archery winner lives here and there's a 120 foot bell tower. Who knew. Tonight's dinner is at another church. Excellent bbq chicken cooked in front with baked potato, green beans and apple pie, a staple of every dinner here.
These cities know a year in advance that they will be on the route and do it up right. Particularly the churches, who feed thousands and bring good humor, hospitality and cheer to all.
It just stormed again, thunder and lightning for a half hour.
Tomorrow is an easy 60 miles. Looking forward to that.
