Tuesday Rest Day

I have decided to call today a rest day, and will rest my Knee pretty much till Friday, although it's not giving me any pain today, which is good. And I didn't want to swim 2 days in a row, although there's no soreness in my shoulder either. Will swim tomorrow and Friday. Thursday I may walk. More on that in another post.
