Well, it's Sunday -- one day left to complete my goal of riding 2 hours a day 5 days in a row over Thanksgiving.
It's another gray, cold day today -- but the added bonus is a big wind from the north. Yuck! I will go out in the aftenoon when it's hopefully warmer.

Welcome to my daily blog about me exercising. Sounds exciting? Not. But if you are a FOD (Friend of Doug) or looking for a virtual workout bud, read on. Throughout the year I hope to ride in RAGBRAI as well as in Italy. I have ridden in Italy the past three years and done the RAGBRAI once, as well as the Ride The Rockies 3 times. Also the NY Marathon three times. And I bill myself as the world's slowest triathlete. Truly! Hard to find anyone who trains regularly who is slower than I am! No brag. Just fact. Enjoy.
